Fitch is the epitome of hard work, realizing that he couldn’t rely on just his wrestling in MMA he would pack all his belongings into his car and make the move from Indiana to San Jose, CA to join American Kickboxing Academy. Nothing would come easy for Fitch, who was passed over for the Ultimate Fighter before working his way into the UFC. From there, Fitch would go 8-0 in the UFC to earn a UFC welterweight title shot, where he would come up short against champion Georges St-Pierre. Since then, Fitch has gone 5-0-1 with another title shot looming the in the near future.
